Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
NO REFUNDS will be given unless the puppy has a serious genetic or congenital defect. To qualify for a replacement puppy or refund, the defect must be confirmed as serious genetic or congenital. Animal must show defect by 1 year of age.
No partial or full refunds will be issued under any other circumstances not outlined in your sales agreement
All terms regarding refund, returns, and replacements are outlined in the Sales Contract and Puppy Agreement, which will be reviewed with you at time of reservation or purchase.

Refunds
Once a refund request is given and approved, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund with the appropriate documentation outlined in your sales contract.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
